The parking is self-service. After arriving at the parking lot by the Europort building (1–2 minutes on foot from the terminals), use the link to online check-in provided in the reservation confirmation. After parking in your designated spot, you must leave the keys in the secured locker — the staff will move the vehicle to the off-site parking lot and, before your return, will drive it back to the airport. Upon arrival, using online check-out, you will collect the keys from the locker and leave the parking using a ticket with a QR code.
The arrival time is approximate. If you arrive an hour earlier or later than planned, that is not a problem. In case of a bigger change to the planned arrival time, please send us an advance email notification.
For your departure, we recommend providing the scheduled airplane landing time so the vehicle can be prepared on time. We allow a delay in vehicle pickup of up to 4 hours. If the flight is delayed or its schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone at +420 725 120 021.
The entrance to the parking area is next to the Europort building and is marked as T1 + T2.
At the entrance barrier press the „i” button (information). You will be connected to the parking staff via the intercom. Just let them know that you have a reservation with Smile Parking, and the barrier will open. A parking ticket is not required for entry.
After entering the parking lot, open the online check-in form using the link found in the reservation confirmation. You will receive instructions on where to park your vehicle within the parking area.

Following the instructions received during online check-in, park your vehicle in the outdoor parking lot or in the garage (regardless of the parking option you choose), occupying any available space marked as Smile Parking. Parking spaces are not assigned to specific customers.
The parking product offered by Parklot includes parking with vehicle handover and pickup directly at the airport.
How it works:
Arrive directly at the parking lot by the Europort building, located about 1–2 minutes on foot from both terminals.

This information serves as the vehicle handover report and will be the basis in case of any claims.
The entire online check-in process takes less than five minutes. After you complete it, you will receive a code that allows you to securely leave the keys in the locker located in front of the Smile Parking office.
The Smile Parking office is on the ground floor of the Europort building, opposite the elevators.
A Smile Parking staff member will collect the keys and move your car to our off-site parking lot, so that parking spaces at the airport remain available for subsequent customers. The vehicle will be at the airport only for the time necessary to move it.
Before your return, one of our drivers will drive the car back to the airport parking lot so it is ready for pickup.
Using online check-out, you will receive a code that allows you to collect the keys from the locker. Together with the keys, you will also receive an exit parking ticket.
To leave the parking lot, scan the QR code on the ticket at the exit barrier. The barrier will open automatically.
If the ticket does not work, the machine will request payment or any other issue occurs, call our 24/7 hotline at +420 725 120 021. We will help you resolve the problem immediately.
Due to the way this parking service works, handing over the keys to the vehicle is mandatory.
Cars cannot remain in the airport parking lot for the entire duration of your trip, because the limited number of spaces would cause serious organizational problems for both us and other customers.
If you decide not to hand over the keys, EUROPORT VIP rates will be charged (parking without key handover). They are significantly higher and involve a high additional fee.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff is always present at the airport or at the off-site parking lot, so we can provide assistance at any time.

In fulfilling the obligation provided for in art. 12a points 2 and 4 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287), the Service Provider hereby informs you about the division of responsibilities related to the parking service agreement concluded via the Service between the Service Provider and entities that are owners of parking lots, which present their offers on the Service Provider's platform. We also point out that all offers available on the Service Provider's platform come from entities that are entrepreneurs.
The Service Provider's role is:
Posting on the website parking service offers in the wording provided by parking owners or persons responsible for cooperation, including pricing. The Service Provider has no influence on the amount of the aforementioned prices, does not modify them, and always provides the most current prices made available by Parking Lots and Partners.
Providing travelers with the following information via email regarding the main features of the service:
parking location, contact details for parking assistance;
information about transfers, or their absence, in particular the duration;
any amenities offered by the Parking;
information about language requirements, if using certain parking services by the traveler depends on effective oral communication;
information about the availability of parking services for people with limited mobility, and upon the traveler's request, detailed information about the possibility of adapting them to their needs.
Posting on the website information about:
the price of the parking service and the payment method;
the type of additional costs that the User may be charged;
the right to terminate the parking service agreement within the period specified by the Service Regulations before the start of the parking service;
the trade name, address, directions, and opening hours of the parking lot.
Enabling reservation and purchase of parking services and additional services offered by the Parking.
Enabling the purchase of insurance for the parking service offered by an external Partner not bound by a contract with the Parking – Inter Partner Assistance S.A.
Providing individual commercial information about offers to Users who have contacted the Service via email.
Handling services resulting from the User's concluded Agreements, which includes in particular transmitting reservation information from the Parking and transmitting information from the insurance company, in case of such a purchase by the User.
Allowing the User to make changes to the reservation within the time specified by the Regulations, providing all other information affecting the implementation of the parking Service, as well as support in communicating the User with the Parking during the duration of the parking Service.
Handling complaints related to our activities and services, in particular the sales process – correctness and quality of service in the sales process of services available in the Offer of the Service and after-sales service.
The role of the Parking is:
providing the Service Provider with parking offers, including information about the service price, which includes in particular the parking of a car on the parking area and the price of additional services used by the User;
providing the Service Provider with data and information necessary for the implementation of parking Services;
making available to the Service Provider presentations of parking and transfer cars in the offers provided to the Service Provider;
proper performance of the Agreement concluded with the User;
handling complaints concerning improper fulfillment of the Agreement by the Parking.
